Equipment highlights and technological advantages
Wittgen SP 15 slide pavers rely on high-precision leveling sensors and steering sensors to automatically move, ensuring that the structure can be completely in accordance with the preset line, elevation for accurate spreading
When the sliding form paver moves forward at a certain speed, a plurality of hydraulic vibrators installed in the mold vibrate the concrete at high frequency, that is, can continuously extrude a variety of uniform, high quality, smooth concrete structure, so as to ensure the ideal construction efficiency and effect. The feeding system can be flexibly adjusted and the mold can be installed on either side of the machine to meet a wide range of construction needs.
The surface of the shoulder plate paved by SP 15 is smooth and linear. More importantly, the finished product has excellent stability, homogeneity and compactness, better frost resistance and impermeability, which can greatly improve the service life of concrete structures in areas like grassland where the temperature difference between day and night and seasonal temperature changes greatly. Therefore, the late maintenance and maintenance cost is very low, especially for the vast and sparsely populated area of grassland.
