2.In the use of pavers, do a good job of maintenance of the hydraulic system, can greatly reduce the failure. Generally, please note the following points:

The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil depends on the quality of the oil (usually 1000 hours to replace once); The replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out at the working temperature; In order to ensure the good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil radiator should be cleaned regularly.
(2) Because the construction environment of asphalt paver is generally more demanding, the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil filter element should also be shortened (usually 750h). When replacing the new filter element, it should be checked, and deformation, pollution or rust filter element is strictly prohibited.
(3) Every day to start the engine work, should be idle for a period of time, and then operate the executive components, which is conducive to the use of hydraulic pump.
(4) Due to long-term use, the hydraulic system parameters of paver sometimes change. Therefore, the parameters of the hydraulic system should be checked regularly and adjusted in time.
Daily technical maintenance：
(1) clean paver: remove the mud, sticky sand and asphalt accumulated on the surface of paver; Remove dust and grease from engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to let dirt get into the refueling ports and air filters.
(2) Check the nozzle, connecting pipe, gas tank and each switch of the heating system.
(3) Check the connection and fastening of paver parts, especially if the connecting bolts of left and right caterpillar beam and frame, ironing plate, material separating device and scraper conveying device are loose or broken, and tighten or replace them if necessary.
(4) Check and eliminate the leakage of each component.
(5) Check the amount of oil, fuel, coolant and hydraulic oil, and add new oil to the indicator scale as required.
(6) Check whether the grease in the centralized lubrication device is appropriate.
(7) Check whether the blade of the spiral separating device has cracks, and replace it if necessary.
(8) Check whether the electrical plug is loose.
