On April 20, 2026, the Work Conference for Branch Organizations of the China Construction Machinery Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") was held in Beijing.
This meeting—convened following the successful completion of the Association's Council re-election process—served as a pivotal gathering dedicated to thoroughly implementing the latest directives from the Party and the State regarding the management of social organizations.
The meeting was attended by over 80 participants, including Association President Su Zimeng; Vice President and Secretary-General Wu Peiguo; Qi Jun, Director of the Expert Committee, and Deputy Director Yan Jianguo; Supervisors Zhai Huikun and Fang Jianxian; as well as the heads, staff members, and headquarters personnel of the various branch organizations. Deputy Secretary-General Lü Ying presided over the proceedings.
President Su Zimeng highlighted and conveyed the latest policy requirements issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council regarding the administration of social organizations. He provided updates on the re-election of the Association's Council and Party Branch, as well as the organizational restructuring of the Association's headquarters, and outlined a comprehensive plan for the Association's key initiatives in the immediate future.
He emphasized that all Association personnel must strictly adhere to the latest regulatory requirements for social organizations and earnestly implement the various arrangements for educational campaigns aimed at establishing and practicing a proper perspective on performance and achievement. Furthermore, he urged everyone to focus on the Association's long-term development, firmly embrace a spirit of responsibility—encapsulated by the motto "Success need not be achieved in my tenure, but success must be achieved through my efforts"—and continuously strengthen institutional standardization to drive the Association's high-quality development.
The convening of this conference served to further clarify the key tasks for the Association's institutional standardization efforts in the coming period, fostered a unity of thought and understanding among the participants, and successfully achieved its predetermined objectives and anticipated outcomes.
