In April 2026, the average monthly operating time for major construction machinery products was 78.2 hours—a year-on-year decrease of 13.2% and a month-on-month increase of 10.9%. Specifically: excavators recorded 70.1 hours; loaders, 89.9 hours; truck cranes, 88.2 hours; crawler cranes, 75.2 hours; tower cranes, 49.2 hours; road rollers, 20.6 hours; pavers, 23.8 hours; rotary drilling rigs, 62.2 hours; off-highway mining dump trucks, 178 hours; concrete pump trucks, 39.5 hours; concrete mixer trucks, 51.3 hours; and forklifts, 103 hours.
In April 2026, the monthly utilization rate for major construction machinery products stood at 53.4%—a year-on-year decline of 8.62 percentage points and a month-on-month increase of 2.84 percentage points. Specifically: excavators, 57.1%; loaders, 51.4%; truck cranes, 56.8%; crawler cranes, 49.8%; tower cranes, 40.9%; road rollers, 29.2%; pavers, 36.3%; rotary drilling rigs, 37.5%; off-highway mining dump trucks, 48.1%; concrete pump trucks, 33.7%; concrete mixer trucks, 22.1%; and forklifts, 66.1%.
